The Ultimate Snickerdoodle Bundt Cake

This Snickerdoodle Bundt Cake offers a delightful blend of moist cake and a sweet cinnamon swirl. Ingredients
  

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon ginger optional
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for glazing
  • 2 tablespoons milk for glazing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt cake pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes until well mixed.
  • In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and ginger. Stir to mix.
  • Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared Bundt pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top, then sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture over it.
  • Use a knife to gently swirl the mixture into the batter without overmixing.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
  • For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and milk until smooth and drizzle over the cooled cake
