Easy Avocado Deviled Eggs with Fresh Dill

Today I'm sharing a quick and easy recipe for you to try for a new twist on an old classic, avocado deviled eggs with fresh dill.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra dill sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Hard-Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12-14 minutes. Drain, cool in ice water, and peel.
  • Prepare the Filling: Slice the boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks. In a mixing bowl, mash the yolks with avocado, mayonnaise, mustard, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Fill the Egg Whites: Spoon or pipe the avocado mixture back into the egg white halves.
  • Garnish: Top each filled egg with a small sprig of dill for a nice touch.
  • Serve: Arrange on a platter and enjoy!
