Step by Step Instructions
Step One
Remove the glass insert from the thrift store frame.
Step Two
Paint the trim on the frame your desired color or to match your space.
Step Three
Cut your burlap scrap fabric to fit just inside the glass.
Step Four
Thread the ribbon through the button holes and tie a tiny bow. It’s a little difficult if the ribbon is too wide. You can also use baker’s twine as an alternative.
Step Five
Hot glue the button to your desired position on the frame. I put it in the middle at the top centered on mine.
Step Six
Re-assemble your new photo frame and get ready to love it for any room in the house!

Transformed Thrift Store Photo Frame
I love a good transformation, how about you? Anytime you see something old or not your style, pause and picture it transformed into something new that you’d love! “Reframing” (LOL did you see what I did there?) things in your mind, brings out your inner creativity.
Too cute!
