  • 1 box (15.5oz) chocolate cake mix (I used Duncan Hines Devil’s Food flavor)
  • ½ cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Mint Fudge Flavored Baking Chunks

How To Make Cookies

Servings: 24

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

Down time: 15 minutes to cool

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Add the cake mix, oil, and eggs to a large bowl and stir until completely combined.

Stir in the baking chunks.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (optional for easier cleanup).

Use a cookie scoop, scoop the dough into balls.

Then drop the dough onto a baking sheet, spacing each scoop 3 inches apart.

Transfer the baking sheet to the middle rack in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and set the baking sheet on a cooling rack for 2 minutes, then transfer the cookies to the cooling rack.

  • Use a different flavored baking chip like Bailey’s Irish Cream, cinnamon, dark chocolate, espresso, or any other of your favorite flavors. Or use a combination of flavors.
  • Try a vanilla or strawberry-flavored cake mix instead of chocolate as the base.
  • Add raisins, currants, or chopped nuts to the cookie mixture to add more flavor and texture.
