Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2: Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Set aside.
Step 3: In a large bowl, beat together the cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth and completely combined, about 2 minutes.
Step 4: Place the confectioner’s sugar in a small bowl.
Step 5: Use a 1 1/2 Tablespoon cookie scoop or measuring spoon to portion out the cookie batter.
